1. Matteo International Luxury employs a membership points reward system as a prestigious reward for long-term support of the brand.
2. Members can accumulate 1 membership point for every NT$100 spent. Points are calculated based on the actual payment amount.
3. Points accumulated by members are valid indefinitely and have no expiration date.
4. Points can be used to redeem designated products or for purchase discounts, as announced by the store or the official LINE account.
5. Member points are for personal use only and may not be transferred, gifted, merged, or exchanged for cash.

1. Matteo International Luxury has a membership tier system to reward members with different levels of spending and support.
2. The validity period of each membership level is 12 months, calculated from the date the member achieves the qualification for that level.
3. If a member accumulates enough spending or points to meet the requirements of their level during the validity period, they will be able to maintain or upgrade their membership level in the next assessment cycle.
