Regarding leather texture
• Regardless of the brand, leather products will have the original characteristics of leather, such as "fine lines, veins, and pores". The brand says that the leather has not undergone much processing, and the craftsmen retain the natural characteristics of the leather while making the products. These minor surface features are by no means defects.
• All products from all brands are handmade.
• In response to environmental protection, many brands no longer apply film to hardware. Without film, hardware will inevitably have fine hairline lines, which is normal and not a defect.
• If you are a perfectionist and require absolute perfection in leather and stitching, please go to a department store in Taiwan to select and purchase it yourself. Thank you.
Accessories included with the purchased item
HERMES
All packages come with a full set of accessories (cardboard box, dust cover, paper bag, and original purchase receipt).
Small leather goods, accessories, and shoes are all included in the order fulfillment category and will be shipped in cardboard boxes.
Children's bags without paper boxes
* If a purchase certificate lists two bags, the original will be given to the buyer who pays the higher price, and a copy of the other bag will be given.
* Regulations vary depending on the country where the boutique is located. In some countries, Hermès boutiques require that the plastic sleeve on the bag's strap be removed before handing it over to the customer.
* To protect the personal information of delivery personnel, all related information will be redacted.
* Since the purchase certificate will be given to the customer along with the bag, there is no purchase certificate for items that are included in the bundle, but the price will be the bundle discount price.
CHANEL, DIOR
Bags, small leather goods, accessories, and shoes all come with dust covers, cardboard boxes, paper bags, and copies of purchase receipts.
