Reasons under which returns and exchanges are not accepted <br> Once a pre-owned item has been sold, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons: • The product shows normal signs of use, age, or natural wear and tear. • The gap between personal subjective perception and expectations (such as the degree of newness, feel, smell) • Size not right, color not as expected • The outer box, packaging, and accessories of the product are not in brand new condition. • Personal change of mind or order error

III. Circumstances under which returns and exchanges are accepted <br> Only in the following situations will this website assist in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds: • The actual product received does not significantly match the description on the product page. • The product was severely damaged during shipping, affecting its normal use. • The product has been confirmed to be counterfeit (based on the results of a third-party appraisal agreed upon by both parties).

IV. Conditions for Return and Exchange Application <br> When applying for a return or exchange, the goods must meet the following conditions: • The product should be kept in its original condition upon receipt. • Not reused, not cleaned, repaired, or processed by the user. • All accessories, packaging, and gifts (if any) must be returned in their entirety.

If the above conditions are not met upon inspection, the return or exchange will not be accepted and the original document will be sent back.
